You only pay for those. - Step 2 ### We install it One device per bay on a power outlet and your shop Wi-Fi. We mount it wherever it gets a clear view of the bay, in front of the car or behind it. It takes about 30 minutes. - Step 3 ### Go live The clock starts on the next car in the bay automatically. Nothing else gets added to the invoice. - ### The display in the bay One device per bay. It starts the clock when the car pulls in and shows the tech a live countdown. The device is included in the rate, so there is no hardware to buy. - ### Dashboard and mobile app Every bay live from your desk or your phone. Your advisors get the same view, so they can answer a waiting customer without walking to the shop. - ### Alerts A push notification to the right person when a job runs past its time, while the car is still in the bay. - ### Reporting Every job logs itself, so you have a full job history for every bay and reports you can pull any time. ## Questions before the call Easy answers on the agreement, the hardware, and billing. ### How long is the term? 12 months. The term starts when your first device records its first job, and that is also when your first invoice charges. Nothing bills before the bay is live. ### Does it auto-renew? Yes. It renews for another 12 months unless you cancel in the 30 days before the renewal date. ### Do I buy the hardware? No. The device is included in the rate and stays BayMetrics property. If you cancel, send it back within 30 days. Any device that does not come back bills at $599. ### Do I pay for every bay? No. You choose which bays go live and only pay for those. You can add bays later. ### Can I pay annually? Yes. You can bill monthly or annually at the same per-bay rate. ### Will it work in my shop? Yes. No two shops are laid out the same, so we mount the device wherever it gets a clear view of the bay, in front of the car or behind it. ### Are there setup fees?
